(MENAFN) Deyaar, property developer in Dubai “did exceedingly well” regarding sales this current year and aims to initiate various plans in different sites in the upcoming year amid a robust recovery in the UAE's real estate market.
On Wednesday, Nasser Amer, vice president of sales reported in an interview Cityscape Global that the firm is going to begin new projects in Jumeirah Village Circle, Al Furjan as well as at its Midtown master development in Dubai Production City.
Mr Nasser stated, “we have quite a few projects coming up next year focused more towards the middle-income market.”
Moreover, He refused to reveal the plans worth.
He also added that Deyaar is going to fund the new projects via a combination of debt and equity, as well as earnings from sales.
