Celebrate Austria's National Day in white and red with the world's largest fountain


(MENAFN- Mid-East.Info) Dubai: Join the celebrations of the Austrian National Day at The Pointe, Nakheel's iconic waterfront destination on Palm Jumeirah, on Thursday, 21 and Saturday, 23 October and enjoy two musical evenings with the Schoenbrunn Palace Orchestra and a dazzling show from The Palm Fountain. 

The events take place on The Pointe's Eastern promenade featuring Austria's national colours of white and red from 8 to 8.30 pm and 9.30 to 10 pm on both nights.

The orchestra will perform original musical scores such as Vienna Stays Vienna, Gold and Silver Waltz and The Blue Danube Waltz, with a special rendition dedicated to the UAE on 23 October.

Parking and transport

Customers are encouraged to use taxis or park at Nakheel Mall and use free daily shuttle buses to The Pointe, available every half an hour from 5 pm to 12 midnight.  

Free shuttle buses to The Pointe are available across Palm Jumeirah hotels and residences and various locations in Al Barsha, Al Sufouh and Jumeirah Beach Residences. Social distancing markers are in place across The Pointe, and regular sanitisation will continue to take place throughout. All visitors must wear a mask.
