(MENAFN) A statement by management consultancy Boston Consulting Group presents, around 55 percent of UAE populaces polled in a study reported they would have no issue turning to a fresh bank.
66 percent of bank clients in the UAE are vigorously searching for fresh offers as well, the study that showed over 2,000 persons in the Emirates in 2021 discovered.
Mohammad Khan, partner at BCG, mentioned: “In the UAE, we see that most customers have multiple banking relationships, which is understandable when one considers the significant expectations people now have of their banks.”
He continued: “Two-thirds of survey respondents proactively search for offerings that provide better value and over half would not be hesitant before opting for a different bank altogether.”
