Bosporus that has been delighting customers with scrumptious, fresh Turkish cuisine since 2008, will be serving this new fast-food inspired menu to customers at all of their 7 branches in the UAE.

A few dishes that food lovers can expect to find on the menu include: Wagyu Fillet Mignon Steak, a charcoal grilled to perfection premium fillet served with side of rich mushroom sauce and vegetables, Stuffed Tavuk, or a roast chicken Tavuk with chicken gravy sauce and crisp vegetables, all inspired by authentic Turkish flavors and made with special blend of Turkish spices.

The new FLAMES MENU lines up some strong, contenders for burger enthusiasts as well. Those who like it old school can enjoy the 'White Snow Burger” that's made with charcoal grilled premium angus beef and served with a home-made bun and topped with the best mix of Turkish relishes. Those who like it up a notch can enjoy the“Black Sea Burger” that comes with a premium angus patty on a 'black bun' seasoned with the best of secret Turkish ingredients.  The new menu also has an astonishing 24cm burger called as the“Big Boss Burger”. This item comes with a challenge and anyone who can down the burger within fifteen minutes gets it on the house! The Burger is made with premium angus beef, grilled to perfection, topped with lettuce, pickles, cheese and served alongside thick cut fries.
