No threat to Sri Lanka from magnitude 4.1 quake
(MENAFN- Colombo Gazette) There was no threat to Sri Lanka from a magnitude 4.1 earthquake reported in the deep seas, south of the country.
The Geological Survey and Mines Bureau (GSMB) said the earthquake was recorded some 160 kilometers away from Hambantota.
According to the GSMB, there was no tsunami threat to Sri Lanka from the deep sea quake. (Colombo Gazette)
