It is installed with a main motor to drive 4 main cone shafts in two rows and pulling capstan through flat belt. Main motor of drawing unit and annealer are connected by flat belt and reduction box, in case of no annealing processing. All processing are controlled by PLC with touch type screen, all operations and display as well as preset could be done through TOUCH SCREEN.

Composed of Z17B Drawing machine, T2000 Annealer, tension controller, dual spooler and electric control system, our Z17 intermediate wire drawing machine is applied for low oxygen or zero oxygen round copper. The maximum of inlet wire is 3.50mm. It adopts the full-submersible lubrication cooling method. The drawing unit is driven by AC motor. High speed and slow speed can be set through the shift gear box, when small wire diameter (0.80-1.0mm) is produced, the high speed is suitable; When the wire diameter exceeds 1.0mm, the slow speed is suitable.
