Saudi Arabia's General Mufti advises pilgrims to avail themselves of the opportunity of Hajj to dedicate the few days they spend in Hajj area to worship Allah and appeal him to forgive them

Mina, outskirts of Makkah, July 17, 2021, SPA -- General Mufti of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Abdullah Al Al-Shiekh, who is also Chairman of the Senior Ulema Authority and General President for Religious Research and Ifta (religious legal opinion), lauded the efforts being exerted by the governmental and private sector agencies to serve pilgrims, in implementation of the instructions of the prudent leadership of the country amid the exceptional circumstances currently incurred worldwide by coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic.
In a statement to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA), Al Al-Shiekh paid tribute to all government and private agencies who are working with the utmost capacity to make Islam's fifth pillar a success amid the precautionary and preventive measures prescribed by the pertinent authorities for their safety and comfort, advising pilgrims to take this rare opportunity to worship Allah the Almighty and appeal to him to forgive them for previous sins.
He also appealed to Allah for accepting the deeds offered by the government of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz and HRH the Crown Prince as assets and credit in their record of good deeds.
