China approves three new IPO requests


(MENAFN)China's securities controller has accepted the initial public offering (IPO) applications of three companies.

The China Securities Regulatory Commission stated in a report that Wuxi Zhenhua Auto Parts Co., Ltd., Lutian Machinery Co., Ltd. and Shanghai-based Eastern Air Logistics Co., Ltd., will be put on the A-share market.

The commission did not state the total finances to be raised.

The firms and their underwriters will affirm IPO dates and issue their prospectuses after talks with the stock exchanges.
