In an effort to reduce waste and its accumulation and damages to the environment and society, Eco Souk and Elite Paper Recycling Factory have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). The MoU was signed in the presence of Laura Brennan, Eco Souk Managing Director and Catina Aghayan, Elite Paper Recycling Factory Business Strategy and Communication Advisor.
The agreement represents a step towards sustainable environmental efforts and awareness, as it aims to embody a mutual desire to promote awareness in the field of environmental sustainability and for a healthier and more aware society, and to agree to increase cooperation to promote environmental sustainability and recycling. It is within the framework of their programs and activities in order to achieve a sustainable future in societies and work together and earnestly to find solutions to the persistent environmental problems as well as instill the correct concepts among children of the next generation.
''We are delighted to be partnering with Elite and excited to be combining our efforts in raising awareness of sustainable living in Qatar,” said Brennan. ''Another milestone! We are very proud today partnering with Eco souk, the Qatari based SME - EPR / EWRM & Eco souk joining efforts on raising awareness for sustainability and recycling in Qatar,” said Aghayan.
