Kuwait strongly denounces recurring Houthi attacks on S. Arabia

KUWAIT, May 3 (KUNA) -- The Kuwait Foreign Ministry on Monday condemned in terse terms continuous attacks by Houthi militia on civilian targets in Saudi Arabia.
The ministry said in a statement that the continuous attacks constitute a threat to the security of the Kingdom and the region. They also undermine international efforts aimed at putting an end to the ongoing conflict in Yemen.
These attacks defy international and humanitarian rules, thus there must be rapid and decisive action to deter them.
The ministry re-affirmed the State of Kuwait standing on side of the kingdom and support for any measure it may take to safeguard its stability and sovereignty. (end)
