(MENAFN- Jordan News Agency) Amman, Apr. 9 (Petra)-- Pleasant weather conditions are forecast, on Friday, while relatively cold conditions will prevail in the hilly areas, the Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD) said in its daily update.
Winds will be north westerly brisk, stirring dust in the Badia regions, the JMD added.
As for tomorrow, a cold and wet air mass will affect the Kingdom, pushing temperatures 7 to 8 degrees below their annual average for this time of the year.
Scattered showers are expected in the northern and central regions, with average wind speed of more than 50 km per hour.
Temperatures in the capital Amman will range between 21 degrees Celsius and 8 degrees at night.
Highs in the port city of Aqaba will hike up to 29 degrees during the day, while lows will stand at 17 degrees at night.
