The corresponding bill in the first reading was supported by 256 MPs, according to a report posted on the official parliament's website.
'The draft law proposes clarifying the meaning of the terms ‘leasing (rental) transaction', ‘operating leasing (rent)', ‘financial leasing (rent)', establishing that such transactions can be carried out only by a legal entity and not by a private or legal entity, as envisaged in the current regulations, reads the report.
