Kuwait- Austria: 2,124 new COVID-19 cases

VIENNA, Feb 28 (KUNA) -- Austria confirmed on Sunday 2,123 new coronavirus (COVID-19) cases in the past 24 hours, bringing the total to 459,440.
Austrian Health Ministry said in a statement on their website that more than 430,000 people recovered from the virus while 8,561 others died.
It pointed out that 500,000 people so far have received the vaccine in Austria since the beginning of the vaccination campaign last December. (end)
