(MENAFN- Gulf Times) The French Naval College (Ecole Navale) in Brest witnessed the graduation ceremony of 14 Qatari officer candidates. The graduation ceremony was attended by Commander of the French Naval College Brigadier General Benoit Baudonniere, the Qatar's Military Attache in France Brigadier General Mohamed Mubarak al-Shahwani , and a number of French officers.
