China approves two sci-tech innovation IPOs
(MENAFN) China's securities watchdog has accepted the initial public offering (IPO) of two firms on the science and technology innovation board.
According to the China Securities Regulatory Commission, Uni-Trend Technology (China) Co., Ltd., a Guangdong-based test and measurement solutions provider, and CareRay Digital Medical Technology Co., Ltd. will be put on the Shanghai Stock Exchange's sci-tech innovation board, usually known as the STAR market.
The firms and their underwriters will verify the IPO dates and issue prospectuses following talks with the stock exchange.
