Kuwaiti Chief of Staff, Italian counterpart discuss joint cooperation

KUWAIT, Dec 23 (KUNA) -- Chief of the General Staff of the Kuwaiti Armed Forces Lieutenant General Khaled Saleh Al-Sabah discussed Wednesday with visiting Chief of the Defense Staff of the Italian Armed Forces Lt. Gen. Enzo Vecciarelli joint cooperation between the two countries.
The Kuwaiti Army Moral Guidance Directorate and Public Relations said in a press statement that during the meeting, discussion also highlighted critical issues, as well as topics of common interests, especially those related to the military aspects with ways to enhance and develop them between both sides.
Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Army Lt. Gen. Fahad Al-Nasser, Italian Defense Attache Colonel Pilot Vito Cracas, and a number of senior officers in the army attended the meeting. (end)
