Greece: Coronavirus cases exceed 123,000

ANKARA, Dec 12 (KUNA) -- Greece recorded 1,194 new cases of COVID-19 on Saturday, accumulating to 123,842 to date, with noticeable decline in numbers in past days.
A statement by the National Public Health Organization (NPHO) revealed that 68 new deaths were also recorded today, summing up to 3,540 in total.
Additionally, 577 patients are receiving treatment in the ER on ventilators, of which 169 are women, as 718 patients have recovered. (end)
