Afghanistan- Ministry of Education Announces Winter Break amid Freezing Weather


(MENAFN- Khaama Press) The Ministry of Education announced that according to the decision of the leadership of this ministry, schools in cold provinces will be subjected to winter vacations from 21st November and grade 7-12 will be closed from December 5th.

The ministry stated in a press release on Sunday that teachers are required to make students attend their lessons before the winter break and prepare for the annual exam.

The questions of the annual exams will be arranged based on lessons learned.

According to the information of the Ministry of Education, the academic year of 1399 is subject to the final exam and its grades are calculated upon 100 point.

The severely cold regions will be released of their educational norms from 21st November of this year.

The ministry emphasizes that the final exams for schools will begin at the beginning of the 1400th academic year and that all public, private, religious schools and conservatories will be subject to the above guidelines and will be enforceable.
