Zero more coronavirus infections reported in Brunei


(MENAFN) The overall figure of patients who have tested positive for the novel coronavirus in Brunei has remained unaffected at 147, as zero more infections were reported over the past 24-hour period.

No more recoveries were recorded, keeping the total number of recovered cases at 143. There is still one active case being treated at the National Isolation Center, who was recorded last Wednesday, according to Brunei's Ministry of Health.

Currently 342 individuals, who have arrived in the country after traveling abroad, are undergoing mandatory isolation at the monitoring centers provided by the government.

The national death toll from the brutal infection stands at three in Brunei.
