Total COVID-19 infections rise by 198 to 128,603 in Qatar
(MENAFN) The official Qatar News Agency (QNA) quoted the country's ministry of health as saying that 98 new COVID-19 infections, raising the total number of confirmed cases in the Gulf state to 128,603.
Meanwhile, 211 more recovered from the virus, bringing the overall recoveries to 125,584, while the fatalities remained 220 for the fourth day running as no new deaths were reported, according to a ministry statement quoted by QNA.
A total of 849,738 persons in Qatar have taken lab tests for COVID-19 so far.
