Kyrgyzstan reports 104 new positive COVID-19 infections

(MENAFN) During the last 24-hour period as of Monday, a number of 104 more patients tested positive for the novel coronavirus in Kyrgyzstan, lifting the national tally of the confirmed cases to 46,355.
Local media reports quoted the country's Deputy health Minister Nurbolot Usenbaev as announcing at a daily press release that one more death from COVID-19 has been registered during the past 24 hours, bringing the nationwide death toll to 1,064.
According to the minister, as of Tuesday morning, the combined record of patients who have won the battle against the brutal COVID-19 infection increased to 42,619.
Currently, a total of 700 patients infected with the disease are being treated in hospitals throughout the country, whereas those who are being treated at home reached 1,520, the official revealed.
