(MENAFN) The health ministry of Singapore said on Monday that 54 more coronavirus infections were reported in the country on Monday, increasing the total number of COVID-19 infections across the nation to 56,771.

Seven out of the newly diagnosed cases are imported from the overseas, eight are locals, whereas the remaining infections are linked with the dormitories of foreign workers.

There are 74 coronavirus infections currently receiving treatments in hospitals, most of them are stable or showing improvements, as none are in critical conditions and are placed in intensive care units.
