Macao restaurants, retailers business recital inactive in June
(MENAFN) On Sunday August 23 the special administrative region's statistic service stated that the business of restaurants and retailers in Macao was restrained in June 2020, and they had less positive anticipation for July.
The latest account from the Statistics and Census Service (DSEC) designated that there were 79 percent of the interviewed restaurants recording a yearly decrease in profits in June 2020, a 6 percentage point enlargement from May.
In the meantime, 12 percent of the interviewed restaurants accounted a yearly increase in profits, a drop of 5 percentage points from May.
Presentation of retail trade stayed the same as in May, with 80 percent of the interviewed sellers recording a yearly sales reduce in June.
