China triggers emergency reaction for Yellow River floods


(MENAFN) On Tuesday August 11 China's Ministry of Water Resources started a level IV emergency reaction for floods; the lowest of the four-tier scheme, in the upper arrives at the Yellow River, the country's second-greatest river.
