China triggers emergency reaction for Yellow River floods

(MENAFN) On Tuesday August 11 China's Ministry of Water Resources started a level IV emergency reaction for floods; the lowest of the four-tier scheme, in the upper arrives at the Yellow River, the country's second-greatest river.

On Tuesday August 11 the commission stated that the Yellow River Conservancy Commission of the ministry, a flood climax was seen at Tangnaihai hydrologic station in the upper arrives at at 7:06 a.m., with the flow of water per second accomplishment 2,500 cubic meters, it was the river's fourth flood of this year.
