Periodical exports to Greece losing 70 percent yearly


(MENAFN) Majid Movafeq Qadiri Head of Iran-Greece Joint Chamber of Commerce stated that Iranian exports to Greece in the first quarter of 2020 cut down almost 70 percent contrasted to the similar period in 2019.

ILNA quoted Qadiri as stating that Iran exported 1.7 million USD value of merchandise to the European country in the stated three months, whereas the outline placed at 5.3 million USD in first quarter 2019.


Qadiri stated that Iran's imports from Greece in the first quarter of 2020 amounted to 2.7 million USD, registering an over 60 percent decline contrasted to the same period in 2019.

Imports from Greece placed at 7.2 million USD in first quarter 2019, whereas the figure was regarding 9.8 million USD in 2018.
