Bulgaria, Greece debate coronavirus pandemic, mutual, local matters

(MENAFN) Greece and Bulgaria debated on Monday, July 27th; a series of common defies counting the effects of the coronavirus pandemic, in addition to the newest growths in the Eastern Mediterranean and the European perspective of the Western Balkans.
According to the Greek foreign ministry, Bulgarian Foreign Minister Ekaterina Zakharieva took a one-day working visit to Greece to debate with Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis and other Greek representatives matters regarding joint affairs and European relationships.
The visit accorded with the 140th anniversary of the founding of Greek-Bulgarian political affairs.
Concerning the coronavirus pandemic, Zakharieva emphasized the necessity to open a second border checkpoint to escape the long lines of cars formed at the land borders.
