UAE- Video: Help fulfill wish of ailing Emirati teen to build mosque in Africa
(MENAFN- Khaleej Times) A critically ill teenager in the UAE has a unique wish: To build a mosque in a remote village of Africa. You can help make the 16-year-old''s wish come true by contributing to a fundraising campaign that was launched on Saturday, July 25.
"We look forward to granting the wish of this child. She had dreamt for a long time to build a mosque in a remote area somewhere in Africa to get the ''thawab'' (reward) of whoever comes to pray," said Make a Wish Foundation UAE CEO Hani Al Zubaidi.
The country where the mosque will come up has not been finalised yet. This will be the second mosque to be built by the foundation after it granted the wish of another critically ill child to build one in Uganda.
The foundation has started its campaign on its social media platforms in cooperation with Etisalat and Du. To contribute, send an SMS to:
