(MENAFN) Farzad Piltan The director-general of TPO's Office of Arabian and African Countries announced that Iran's Trade Promotion Organization (TPO) will hold the third conference of its Commodity-Country Desk on trade with Iraq next week.
On Saturday July 25 the website of TPO stated that the conference will be mostly focused on investigating the habits for increasing item of clothing's export to Iraq.
In spite of the re-imposition of United States sanctions in opposition to the Islamic Republic, Iraq has been getting nearer to Iran both economically and politically.
There is in addition the same approach adopted by Iran, as many Iranian companies are now enthusiastic to carry out trade with Iraq, particularly with the Kurdistan region where there is a huge demand for Iranian merchandises.
