Oman adds 1,083 more coronavirus patients

The health ministry of Oman said on Saturday that 1,083 more coronavirus infections have been confirmed in the country, increasing the total number of confirmed coronavirus cases across the country to 54,697.
According to the statement, 1,030 more coronavirus patients have recovered, increasing the total number of recoveries to 35,255, four more patients have died, increasing the total number of deaths 248.
The ministry said on Sunday that it is planning a survey of antibodies in order to aid in determining the extent of the coronavirus outbreak in the country.
The ministry has urged the population to follow quarantine rules, not go to public places or worship places, and make sure of the public hygiene.
