The newly diagnosed patients are citizens who have recently came back from South Africa and Botswana, along with three local infections, according to the ministry, saying that Zimbabwe saw a rising number of coronavirus imported cases, which is most of the coronavirus cases in the country.

The number of COVID-19 cases is also rising, setting at 162 as 11 more patients have recovered from the disease on Tuesday.

Zimbabwe saw one more coronavirus related death on Monday, which has increased the number of coronavirus deaths across Zimbabwe to seven.
