235 additional coronavirus infections reported in Kyrgyzstan

The health ministry of Kyrgyzstan said on Sunday that 235 more coronavirus cases were reported in the country, which has increased the total number of COVID-19 cases across the country to 4,748.
Five out of the newly reported cases are imported while the rest of the 230 are contacts of earlier confirmed cases, a statement that was published by the Kyrgyzstan's Republican Headquarters for the Prevention of the Spread of COVID-19 showed.
27 out of the newly reported cases are medical employees, which has increased the total number of COVID-19 infected medial employees across the country to 420.
The statement said that the total number of COVID-19 recoveries across Kyrgyzstan rose to 2,242 as 30 more patients have recovered in the earlier 24 hours, the number of coronavirus deaths across the country stood at a total of 47 as one more patient died in the cited period.
