(MENAFN) Spokesman for the ministry Sayedudin Jami said on Monday that Afghanistan's Public Health Ministry has confirmed 310 new coronavirus cases over the past 24 hours, carrying the total to 29,143 in the country.
12 patients died over the past 24 hours, carrying the fatalities to 598 since the outburst of the COVID-19 in February in Afghanistan, according to the official.
77 more patients have recovered, carrying the number of recoveries to 8,841, added Jami.
