700 COVID-19 patients in Palestine in total

A senior official of Palestine said on Tuesday that 11 more patients have been diagnosed with coronavirus in West Bank, increasing the total number of coronavirus to 700.

Mai al-Kaila, the health minister of the country, four out of the newly diagnosed patients are in Hebron, two were diagnosed in East Jerusalem, while two others were found in Ramallah and two in Bethlehem along with one in Tulkarem.

The official said that 570 patients have recovered from the virus in total as five others died in the West Bank, the Gaza Strip, and East Jerusalem.

According to the Palestinian health ministry, it has closed two sections in two hospitals located in Hebron and Ramallah for a short time as some of the reported cases visited them.
