41 more coronavirus infections reported in Kyrgyzstan

Health authorities of Kyrgyzstan said on Saturday that 41 more patients have been diagnosed with coronavirus in the country, increasing the total number of confirmed coronavirus cases across Kyrgyzstan to 2,207.
The deputy health minister of the country, Nurbolot Usenbaev, said that health authorities have conducted 3,158 coronavirus tests in the earlier 24 hours, with 41 of them coming back positive.
14 out of the newly reported cases were contacts of earlier cases, 18 have been infected from unknown sources as the remaining 9 are returnees from abroad.
The official said that four out of the newly diagnosed patients are medical employees, which has increased the number of such cases in the country to 429, as 339 of them have recovered.
