Aluminum lump production up 47 percent in 2 months on year


(MENAFN) IRIB accounted that Iranian Mines and Mining Industries Development and Renovation Organization (IMIDRO) stated that production of aluminum lump in Iran increased by 47 percent during the first two months of the present Iranian schedule year (March 20-May 19) contrasted to the similar period of time in the precedent year.

Iranian Mines added that the country manufactured 60,677 tons of aluminum lumps in the two-month period of this year, whereas the number was 41,367 tons in the similar time span of the preceding year.

Iran's aluminum lump production placed at 30,647 tons in the second Iranian month Ordibehesht (April 20-May 19), whereas the number was 20,862 tons in the same month of the precedent year.

Manufacture of the aluminum lump in Iran is charted to boost 63 percent by the end of the present Iranian schedule year (March 20, 2021).
