Two Chinese satellite sent into orbit
(MENAFN) On Sunday at 4:53 p.m. (Beijing Time), China launched two satellites into space from the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center, northwest of the country.
Carried by a Long March-2D carrier rocket, both satellites were successfully sent into orbit.
They will be used for urban planning, land surveying, disaster relief and road network design. Also giving estimates on crop yield. The remote sensing Satellite, Gaofen-9 has the ability to photograph resolutions of around one meter.
HEAD-4, the other satellite, can perform information collection, including, collections on ships and aircraft, and the Internet of Things. It was developed by Beijing-based HEAD Aerospace Technology Co. Ltd.
It"s now the 333rd Long March carrier rocket series, flight.
