Yemen receives 31 tons of aid from World Health Organization

According to the country's official news agency on Friday, May 29th, more than 31 tons of aid, medical supplies, and medications were sent to Yemen by the World Health Organization (WHO).

As stated by SABA news agency, the health ministry said that it received 16 tons of medicine and medical supplies from the WHO.

The Houthi group proclaimed that they also received 15 tons of medical supplies from the WHO in Sanaa.

The total number of deaths came into 65 and the total number of coronavirus cases 283, asserted Yemen's committee to fight COVID-19. As 20 doctors passed away from COVID-19 since April 10th, declared the Abdurrakib el-Haydari, the Deputy Secretary of Yemeni Health Ministry.
