372 more coronavirus infections reported in Oman

The health Ministry of Oman said on Wednesday that 372 more coronavirus infections were reported in the country, which has increased the total number of COVID-19 cases across the country to 6,043.

The ministry released a statement saying that all of the newly diagnosed patients, 152 Omani nationals among them, have been infected with the disease locally.


The statement added that 87 more patients have recovered from the disease, which has raised the total number of coronavirus recoveries in the country to 1,661 as two more have died, pulling the death toll to 29.

The ministry has urged the public population to follow quarantine rules, not go to public places or worship places and make sure of the public hygiene.
