1 more patient diagnosed with coronavirus in Mongolia

The National Center for Communicable Disease (NCCD) of Mongolia said on Sunday that one more patients was diagnosed with coronavirus in the country, which has increased the total number of COVID-19 infections across the nation to 136.

Head of the NCCD, Dulmaa Nyamkhuu, said during a press conference that "a total of 156 tests for COVID-19 were conducted across Mongolia yesterday and one of them was positive".

The newly diagnosed case is one of more than 340 Mongolian citizens who came back to the country on Wednesday from Russia on three Russian military planes.

The entire 136 coronavirus cases in the country, four foreingers among them, are imported, mostly from Nyamkhuu and Russia.
