Sudan's death toll from COVID-19 reach 1365


(MENAFN) According to a statement issued by the Sudanese Ministry of Health, the total figure of the confirmed COVID-19 infections has risen to 1365, after 201 more patients tested positive for the virus in the last 24-hour period.

Based on the ministerial statement, the combined tally of lives that have been claimed due the pandemic of the most infectious disease across the country has totaled 70, including 6 fatalities reported over the previous period.

Meanwhile, a number of 550 more patients have survived the deadly virus, with the figure rising by 145 new recoveries reported earlier, the ministry said.
