Kyrgyzstan's COVID-19 infections reach 931


(MENAFN) Kyrgyzstan on Saturday reported 25 new COVID-19 cases, bringing the total number to 931, the country's public health authority said.
Kyrgyzstan's public health officials said in a statement that the overall number of patients who tested positive for the novel coronavirus have so far amounted to 931, including 25 cases were reported in last 24 hours as of Saturday.

According to the statement, a total of 231 healthcare personnel have been confirmed as infected with the COVID-19 in Kyrgyzstan, with the figure rising by five as the patients were registered among the recent cases.


Currently, there are 261 hospitalized COVID-19 patients nationwide.

Moreover, Kyrgyzstan's Health Ministry declared that the total of 908 individuals who have had interaction with contaminated patients are now under health monitoring, whereas eight others have healed over the previous day, according to the country's Ministry of Health.
