COVID-19 cases reach 871 in Kyrgyzstan
(MENAFN) The combined tally of patients who have so far tested positive for the novel coronavirus in Kyrgyzstan has risen to 871, as 28 more cases were confirmed on Wednesday, while the death toll from the most infectious disease has reached 12 after one life was reported claimed in the past 24 hours.
In the current time, the number of patients who are receiving treatment in the country's medical facilities stands at 245, Deputy health Minister Nurbolot Usenbaev declared.
According to him, as many as seven health personnel were reported among the newly-confirmed cases.
Of Kyrgyzstan's total registered cases, healthcare facilities have recorded 221 infections among their crew nationwide, including 154 patients won the battle against the most infectious carnivorous disease, Usenbaev included.
