Oman reports 85 new COVID-19 cases, 2,568 in total


(MENAFN) On Sunday, The Omani Ministry of Health affirmed the existence of 85 new cases of COVID-19, increasing the overall number of people tested positive for the virus in the nation to 2,568.

All the new cases caught the infection as a result of contacting with previously announced cases, according to a statement issued by the ministry

The statement also affirmed that so far, the overall number of cured people in Oman reached 750, while 12 cases were passed away.

It is worth mentioning that the ministry urged all people to show commitment to the measures of quarantine.
