A large property developer company in China, Greenland Holdings Co., Ltd., saw a 30 percent expansion in its net profits in 2019 compared to a year earlier.
The yearly report by the company that was released to the public showed that the company saw its net profits reach a total of USD2.1 billion that are attributable to its shareholders in the earlier year.
The report added that the total business revenue of the company expanded 23 percent compared to a year ago to set at a total of USD60.68 billion in the year.
It added that it saw an expansion of 11 percent in its total assets to reach a total of USD160 billion at the end of the earlier year 2019.
