126 new cases, 13 new deaths of COVID-19: Egypt
(MENAFN) 126 new cases and 13 new fatalities of coronavirus, taking the total number of cases recorded in Egypt to 2,065, including 159 fatalities, according Egypt's Health Ministry.
21 cases were recovered of the novel COVID-19 and discharged from hospitals on Sunday, taking the number of recoveries to 447, as said by Egyptian Health Ministry spokesman Khaled Megahed.
He said that, "all COVID-19 cases in Egypt receive necessary medical care based on the guidelines of the World Health Organization."
Egyptian Health Minister Hala Zayed held on Sunday a second video conference with the medical and administration staff of six hospitals in many provinces to make sure they have enough strategic medical supplies and protective wear.
