Coronavirus cases in Greece at 2,081

Sotirios Tsiodras, the Greek health Ministry's spokesman on the novel coronavirus pandemic said on Saturday that 72 more patients were diagnosed with coronavirus in Greece in the past 24 hours and three more people have died due to the virus.

The official said during a press daily briefing that the total number of coronavirus patients in the contry came in at 2,081 as the total number of deaths stood at 93 since the country detected its first case on the 25th of February.

90 percent of the decease had underlying health problems or they were more than 70 years old.

Around 75 patients are currently recieving treatment in ICU, the average age of such patients came in at 67 years old, 77 percent of them suffer from underlying health problems or are over 70 years old.
