Ghana registers 34 new coronavirus cases, 195 in total


(MENAFN) On Wednesday, the Omani Minister for Health Kwaku Agyemang-Manu affirmed the existence of as many as 34 new coronavirus cases, bringing the total number of coronavirus cases in the nation to 195.

The minister did not provide detailed information about the new cases, but he affirmed that they are subjecting to isolation and receiving the needed medical treatment.

A total of three cities, namely Accra, Tema and Kumasi, as well as Kasoa, a market community close to the capital have been under partial lockdown since Monday, as the government imposes stricter measures to limit the spread of the coronavirus.

As many as 4,560 people subjected to coronavirus tests in Ghana, and as many as five deaths recorded in the country.
