COVID-19 infects 127 people in Brunei


(MENAFN) The total figure of the confirmed coronavirus cases in Brunei has risen to 127, as one more patient had tested positive for the virus on Monday.

Meantime, other four patients have won the war against the COVID-19 after showing full recovery, bringing the total number of such cases to 38, according to the confirmation of Brunei's Ministry of Health.

All the cases in the country are in stable health condition, except for one patient is being treated in ICU as well as three others in critical condition and are in need for assistant breathing.

The Ministry also reported that, to date, a total of 829 persons are experiencing quarantine, 1,389 citizens have undergone 14 days of quarantine and 5,980 diagnostic testing for COVID-19 have been carried out.
