Sri Lanka- Jaffna International Airport closed for two weeks
(MENAFN- Colombo Gazette) The Government has decided to temporarily close the Jaffna International Airport (JIA).
Accordingly, the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) said that the airport will be closed for two weeks with immediate effect.
The decision has been taken as part of efforts to contain the spread of the coronavirus in Sri Lanka.
Domestic airlines and a budget airline travelling between India and Sri Lanka operate at the Jaffna airport. (Colombo Gazette)
