5 killed in Houthi attack in SW Yemen
(MENAFN) On Friday, as many as five Yemeni civilians were murdered as a result of a shelling conducted by Houthi militants in the nation's southwestern province of Taiz, a government official infomred Xinhua.
The local government source stated in condition of secrecy, "the Houthi fighters fired a missile which struck a civilian vehicle in traveling in a densely populated neighborhood east of Taiz."
The source affirmed that the Houthi-fired missile which resulted in murder to at least five people including women after completely damaging their vehicle in Taiz.
According to the government source, several more artillery shells fired by the Houthi rebels fell on the same inhabited neighborhood resulting in wounds to many people.
